We began as a group of volunteers with Code for KC and we passionately believed that expungement should be available to everyone. We now operate within KC Digital Drive and have received funding through the Kansas Supreme Court and the Local Initiative Support Corporation. We have developed an expungement app for pro se (self-help) clients, and staff and pro bono (volunteer) attorneys for use in expungement all across Kansas' 105 counties.
Everyone deserves the chance to move forward. If you have a Kansas criminal record, you may be eligible to have it expunged — and we’re here to help. Our free, statewide expungement tool makes it simple to check your eligibility, answer questions about your case history, and get the documents you need to file. This is the first step toward a clear path toward new opportunities and a better future.
